Horrible woman. Owed my mom $ 50 in consignment sales and refused to pay her. Lost the paperwork. Horrible. I wish my mom would LET me sue her!

I filed a complaint with the BBB, with no resolution. Renee stated that I abandoned my items since I refused to pay her an extra $ 20 for her «storage fees». We will be heading to small claims court next. She basically stole my money.

Renne took 11 items to sell from my father Elmer R. Bertsch’s estate last year. She has sold many of the items and told me in an email that she owes me around $ 350. She has not paid me however. I have asked by phone and by email several times. She claims that she has paid me but as of May 9th, 2011, almost a year later, she still has not paid me. I would just like to be paid.
