Best hydroponic systems in America! These guys know their stuff. I run one of their 4 – 6 systems and grow enough collards and kale to feed my tortoise every week! No longer do I have to go to the grocery store and pay ridiculous amounts for high quality greens. The negative review of these guys seems to be based on shipping, not their product or customer service!

CropKing Inc. has to be the worst hydroponics system supplier out there. The first system I ordered came with incorrect parts and fittings, was 3 days later than originally promised on shipping, and in one years time I have replaced the greenhouse control system and their «fertroler» fertilizer control system and the fertroler ph controller is still not functioning properly.
Being a glutton for punishment I order a second smaller system for experimenting with other things to grow in the system. The first salesperson did not take my initial order and enter it into their system, forgot who I was when I called back 5 days later to inquire about my order, and when I called back to check on it I got the Chief Operations Officer to continue to ‘sell me on the quality’ of their system and the professional nature of their sales force. The system was shipped without notification, emails where I inquired about shipping went ignored till after the fact. Note that this was all done by the Chief Operations Officer because I was worried, for good reason, about the sales person who originally took my order. The system has been in ‘shipping’ for over a week now and they wanted to deliver, you guessed it, on the one day I cannot take shipment, all discussed with the COO. So looks like it is going to take 2 weeks to get a simple system just so I can experiment.
Moral of the story is if you want a total lack of communication, electronics that do not function as promised, and a 2 week headache on getting anything delivered, CropKing is your company!
