Horrible, they changed owners. So be-careful. EVERYTHING was boiled. And OLD. Disgusting. I even called them up to complain and they told me they changed owners and if I wanted to make a new order. Are you kidding me? No thanks.

This place is my favorite Chinese food take out. The prices are fair the food is excellent and the staff are friendly. I have tried other places but none have impressed me as much as Cathay Coast.

Reliable is the best way to describe this food experience. It never taste bad, although its never really tasted great. However they are fast with the delivery (but for some reason they never add utensils!) and take credit cards over the phone. I tend to use them a lot based on their proximity, open hours and my level of hunger but there are slightly better choices in the area.

This place has pretty tasty American Chinese food. Although, it can be very hectic on some nights, service is always great and fast. Food is always hot. Here are some items I tried and liked:

I had just recently moved into lodi, and one of my buddy asked me to try out this restaurant. I gotta say they make great Broccoli with Shrimp and the sesame chicken is as good as any other superb restaurant that i had tried before. People working there is very nice also, by mistake i said beef and broccoli while i meant shrimp and brocooli they just immediately changed it without saying who’s fault it is or pointing finger at me saying that it’s my own mistake, definitely will go there most often.

Always fast delivery and great Chinese food. Lo mein delicious and has a smokey flavor and steamed chicken with mixed vegetables is excellent!

Wow.
I was really surprised to find this place. I’m a Ho Mei junkie (Hasbrouck Heights) when it comes to take-out. If I want decent sit down, then it’s off to Lotus Café. Now this is all admitted under the pretense that I can’t make it out to Flushing.
But for American-Chinese, Cathay Coast does a great job. I’m sure they get tons of business from all of the apartment complexes and having tons of parking on a busy street. They work fast and put out good food.
I’ve been here several times already and haven’t had a gripe. I shall make my recommendations below:
Sauteed Broccoli
Roast Pork Egg Foo Young
Roast Pork Lo Mein
Chicken w/Broccoli
I’m sure I’ll work out some more time to try more items so keep an eye out on the quick tips.
