Let me hit the high notes on Scoops: When you walk in, you may notice that the walls are COVERED with pictures of customers eating ice cream. It’s temporarily mesmerizing, there are so many pictures, and it’s neat to get a look at people’s faces. There are tall tables with stools to sit on that give the space a bit of a soda-shop appeal. The ice cream and cones are all I tried here. The reason for the 2-star review is that my ice cream was slightly freezer-burned. Opps, Scoops! In an ironic twist, the cone was fresh. Scoops also has a variety of commercially processed frozen lemonade(I think it was MinuteMaid?) and smoothy-type drinks. They serve Hershey’s Ice Cream and, while it appears to be attempting world domination(at least in my area) it is not my favorite. Scoops serves food, as well. I saw hot dogs and soups advertised.
