Umm this was the most awkward KFC I’ve ever been to. 2 employees were sitting down in the booths socializing and another employee was walking around the restaurant on her cell phone arguing with someone. I Stood up front for about 10 min waiting for someone to come take my order and the drive thru guy saw us standing and waiting the whole time. Food was good but this place needs some management and structure really bad.

Worst service the employees don’t care about their jobs at all. Food is greasy and not even battered. The Taco Bell part is even worse. I gave this place try after try and they consistently fail. And not once has my order ever been right when I use the drive through.

Wow 26 min to get my food in drive through. Really? And order was wrong. Go figure. Most of the time it’s like this. Can we get better service?
