Usually, O’Reillys has my business! But the Lockhart location is incredibly unhelpful and rude! I bought a part in Austin that happened to be incomplete. Stopped in Lockhart to seek help, and was told they were unable to help because I didn’t buy the part in Lockhart and that was my fault for buying an incomplete part. I said I’d had nothing but trouble here in the past and my Austin O’Reillys always takes care of me. The assistant manager, Boman, told me «apparently not, cause they sold you an incomplete part». I said any O’Reillys in Austin would probably help me out to which he responded«have fun». Will NOT be going back to the Lockhart O’Reillys. What a shame.

This place was great! I came here to get a few things for my car as I needed to fix a piece of my interior. The staff was so helpful! I asked a question about what type of glue to use for the interior and he even came out to look at the problem and give me some advice on fixing it. I will definitely come here again next time I need anything for my car! Prices are also great for oil and filters, and I’m sure that will be the purpose for my next trip! :)

Ever wonder why they put an Oreilly’s next to Auto Zone? It’s because you will wait in line at Autozone and get mad while they yak and play or worry about stocking while the customer boils over and leaves. Even Oreilly’s has this problem but seem a little bit more eager to please and help the Customer. I always go here fist and then Autozone if they don’t have my part.
