I needed to repair an air conditioning at a condo. When they called me back, they were able to get to the location within the time frame mentioned and able to locate the AC unit which was unmarked while another company’s tech was not able to locate it-​maybe he was less experienced.
Anyways, the technician located and labeled the AC unit and able to diagnose it quickly for a broken part. There is always a chance for someone like AC technician can take advantage of the situation and do some sort of up-​sell such as a new AC unit. But they did not and did fast job. So my tenant was happy afterwards which made me happy as well. I will definitely consider using them in the fall to have furnace cleaned to have it ready for the winter.
