The worst service EVER at a McDonald’s. We went in and ordered a Sausage McMuffin and a Filet-O-Fish meal. The girl at the register said it would take 3 – 4 minutes on the McMuffin. That wasn’t a problem. The problem was it took them 12+ minutes to finally get our order to us. I called the girl back over to the counter and explained to her that it had been over 10 minutes and asked if they even started cooking it yet. The cars at the drive-thru seemed to be getting their orders in a hurry. I was ready to ask for my money back and leave. She told the manager(Margaret) that we’d been waiting a long time and wondered what the problem was. Margaret looked over at me and didn’t say a thing. I waited a bit longer and finally got my family’s meal. It seems like that have horrible management there and clueless cooks. This was also at around 8PM. The dinner rush was long over. I’d NEVER go back to that McDonalds. I think if the kids want fast food, it will have to be Burger King next time. I hope McDonald’s corporate looks into that location and hires better people. Maybe robots would do better at that location than clueless people? Does corporate or the franchise owner even look at the tons of bad reviews for this location?

WRONGORDERAGAIN?! Unbelievable that this store created a second drive-thru line since they could never handle one line. I’ve been going here off and on now for over 5 years and my order is wrong half the time(Which is why I am now in the habit of checking it should I be in a hurry and buy from here) and the other half of the time it is cold. And now to open a second line in laughable! Be prepared to be told to pull over in one of their 3 reserved spots for those who have to wait for their COLD orders to be carried out to them. What do you think the chances of hot food is then? And chances are your order will be wrong and you will be walking in to correct it, while the rest of your food gets even colder for your return. In others words, why bother. For those who like McDonald’s menu items, go to another location. Otherwise, you may have to find out the hard way, like we did.

I can’t comment on the food from my last visit because the service is so sub-par. After someone mumbled something at me through the speaker, I sat in the drive-thru for ten minutes. I might still be there, except I left because there were four cars ahead of me that, according to the honking, had been there for awhile. So much for«fast» food.

It’s too small in the inside for me. Every time I go it’s like I’m in a very small place or in a closet. The dining room is just little if there is a crowd you have to go sit in the play land area. I don’t want to have to sit in there and listen to a bunch of kids yelling loud while I’m trying to eat.

By far the slowest serviced McDonald’s in the metro Detroit area. Be prepared to wait upwards of 8 minutes in the drive-through for breakfast around 7AM.

What can you really say it’s McDonald’s…is what it is and my little guy loves their hashbrowns… That being said never have had any problems with this location. Friendly staff gets order through drive thru pretty consistently correct… so what can I say… I’m loving it;)

I went through the drive through and order 2 big kids happy meals and small shakes and 2 extra mcdoubles and a med Fry they forgot to give me my food. So by the time I was able to get it I made the manager give me NY money back for my food and gave me my food my kids lunch was cold. They need to be trained all over again. Every time I go there something is wrong with my food. Will not be going back there anytime again. The only reason I gave 1 star is b/c Unilocal made me. Personally I don’t think they deserve any stars

I went inside to order 3 snack wraps. I had a short wait to actually order. I waited 20 mins for my order and when I received it, it wasn’t even correct. When I took the order back and requested that they just take the incomplete order back and refund my money… the only explanation that the manager offered was«I called out your order a while ago and someone else took it, that’s why you had to wait so long». Ya, bro… that’s cool. However, it doesn’t explain why my order was INCOMPLETE! Please just take my advice and go to another location. There are SO many Mc Donald locations… chose a different one.
