Wow. What a poor experience. Sales office: Argumentative, lack of attention„ irresponsible, difficult to work with. Installers: (not employees of J&R, outsourced) messy, inexperienced for this product, but courteous and «people pleasers». They may not have done it right the first time, but were more than happy to make it right… with NO help from the company I thought I hired. Plus I know that the installer received about 30% of the value of the single tile, and had to supply his own Luan, that I paid for in my quote. The installers made less than ¹⁄₃ of what I paid. My materials would have cost me about $ 1500. Had I paid a private installer the double that amount, it still would have cost less than J&R AND I wouldn’t have had the headaches with argumentative and uninterested and uncaring people.
