Unbelievable. Slowest service ever. Came in between tournament baseball games to catch a bite. Told the waitress (who was very friendly) our situation. Still took 45 mins plus to get all of our orders taken in place less than half full.
Food took forever to get to the table as well. Basically had to cram & scram.
Will say I appreciated waitress giving me my special order beverage just the way I like it. For that she still got 15% gratuity.
Have had repeated disappointments at BWW locations. That won’t happen again.

Saddest burger ever! I went here with some friends and was looking forward to a nice big tasty burger. What I got however was the most pathetic burger ever created. The «burger» itself was the same thickness as a McDonald’s cheeseburger! And a bdubs burger is10xs the price. My friend even pointed out to me my slice of tomato was thicker than my burger patty. All you could taste in every bite was bread. Connolly unsatisfying and a nice rip off! The bun was 2/​3rds of the bother, the burger and fixings the other 1⁄3. I now see why people pay so much for the wings because the burgers are a joke.
$ 1 off draft beers as a happy hour special is a joke.
There are so many other places in the area to go with quality food you can safely skip this place all together.

Cant think of one positive to say about my experience. From the secone we walked in it was a diplorable experience. Took almost five minutes to get greeted. Waited another ten minutes to get sat when there were several open tables. Finally, we get sat. No waitress for almost ten minutes. Waitress finally comes. Then takes another fifteen minutes to bring drinks. Long story short the food finally came and the bonless wings were luke warm and overcooked. Chef Boy RD can’t even execute working the fryer. God awful.

This would get a five star if the place was more clean and I did not need to take a napkin and wipe my seat every time I come here besides that this place is great! I get bored with the same taste and I used to hate it here until one day a server recommended I order the sauce on the side and since then it has been heaven. I love spicy food so I can order a couple different sauces and test it out without having to commit to it. My boyfriend and our friends come here almost every UFC fight night and we are normally seated very quick even when we ask specifically for a booth. The service is okay, we only had one really good waiter. I wish we caught his name so we could request him every time we go. Oh well, over all I am happy at this BWW

Service was really fast even thou it was super crowded and staff was nice enough to us. It was pretty loud and people need to control their offspring. One kid tripped the waitress and the mother did not even apologize but of course that’s not the restaurants fault. It was good and I’d recommend it.

I love me some bdubbs boneless wings. Especially on UFC nights! Just get there early if you want a seat.
My only complaint is when they dropped their Coke deal and switched to Pepsi. I much prefer the standard «captain and Coke» order :)

I myself like wings that are not all breading. Too much breading. Because of the high ceilings it is always loud. If I don’t go to another one that will be ok with me. Though there is always plenty of TV’s to watch a game.

My boyfriend and I aren’t sports fans, and we went on a Thursday night not knowing there was a big game on. The parking lot was packed, and the hostess stand area had two huge groups of people waiting. We were expecting a long wait, but we were told it would only be able 15 – 20 minutes. We were actually seated in 5 minutes though! Service was quick, and the servers were friendly.
I love the french fries here. They’re always crispy, and not too potato-​y and soft on the inside. I tried the Parmesan Garlic sauce for the first time which wasn’t as creamy or heavy as I thought it’d be. It definitely grew on me. The Honey BBQ sauce is always a favorite too.
The only downside was the chips & salsa. They only offer one type of salsa, and it’s a bit too spicy/​hot for my taste. I wish they offered a mild salsa.

I ordered boneless wings thinking you know I would get boneless wings. What I got was frozen fried chicken tenders in a little bit of sauce that was absolutely disgusting. I will never order from this place again.

Hard to believe the crowds that come in here. Expectations are low to begin with coming to BWW, but they still manage to underachieve. Overpriced, poor food. Service is non-​existent, unless you are a regular at the bar. I would go to Brann’s or Chammps to watch the game every time if I didn’t get drug here sometimes by friends.

The worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. I had a horrible experience here a few months ago and thought I’d give them another try, big mistake.
All the employees looked and acted grumpy as hell. They were all very unprossional. No one smiled, we weren’t greeted when we walked in. The host was just standing there and after about a minute we finally announced the number in our party and he was like yeah, we’re getting a table together for you. Thanks for letting us know –_​_​-​…
The music was shitty the whole time, the games they have are super loud and obnoxious and everything was really dirty. We had to clean the table off ourself. It was just an all around horrible experience.: (

Beer and wings. How can you go wrong with that??? Brittnie was my server, she was super cute and really nice. Beer was cold and wings were tasty. Service was fast so I couldn’t have asked anything better. I also happened to come during kids dress up day and all the servers were dressed up for halloween, which was really cool.

You know how places just really suck?
Well, this place has those places bested when it comes to sucking. This restaurant sucks harder than a crack hoor looking for her next fix.
They tried to tempt us back with a gift certificate. It was so awful that we decided to throw the $ 15 away.
Great job Livonia BWW. We will order from Westland from now on.

Our server Dawn was the best!!! She was great with our kids and super friendly and really took great care of us! I tried the chicken BLT and didn’t care for it but I will get my usual favorite next time.

We have been living near this place for years and never went there. We finally said «lets try it «and we were glad we did. It was A-​OK. I had the Italian Flat Bread which is like a pizza and it was very good. My wife got the build your own» burger with a black bean burger and loved it.
The house cab was good.

We’ll now go back more often

In general I enjoy eating here but lately the food and drinks have been very inconsistent. I’m almost hesitant to order certain things because I have no idea what I’m going to get. Cheesecake balls come with ice cream one time then don’t the next, I’ve ordered the southwest chicken queso wrap twice and both times it was completely different.

Terrible food. I got carry out and all my chicken (I got 4 boxes) was soggy. Also got Mac n cheese and it was really cold. I don’t understand what happened??? their food is NOT fresh. Just rubber.

We just so happened to come on a Thursday, $ 0.60 wing night, lucky us! We’re normally fans of boneless wings but we couldn’t pass up the deal.
It seems to me they don’t skimp on the wing size on the promo night like they used to, bonus! This location served up plump, hot and perfectly sauced wings. The baskets of fries and buffalo chips were also freshly fried and tasty. Beer specials also make ordering them worthwhile.
Service was great, but, like Lori G. mentioned: I’m not sure why they don’t allow first come first serve in the bar area anymore!
They could also do with putting a greater separation between the arcade games and the bar area as kids tend to hover near the games. Kids shooting hoops + adults trying to drink beer and hang out don’t mix.
