As someone who knows Stuart aside from being an outstanding bankruptcy lawyer, I wanted to comment on his equally outstanding advocacy skills when it comes to helping parents navigate the world of special education. It can be very intimidating. Especially if one doesn’t know their rights and the services their child is entitled to. Thankfully Stuart does know. He is well versed in and extremely knowledgable about the process of special services and obtaining the best possible opportunities for children and their families. I came to Mr. Nachbar in the summer of 2014, around August. I needed to file for bankruptcy and saw his reviews to be outstanding.
