Amy’s Hallmark Shop

HUGE Hallmark fan (Platinum Crown Rewards member here!), big Amy’s Hallmark fan. They do great promotions via email and point-​of-​sale purchases. Their card selection is one of the better ones in the area where I can find those out of reach cards like «Congrats on Your New Car!» Sale items, especially on holiday merchandise is a steal. It’s not usually crowded and the staff is very accommodating. The store is clean and the store set-​up makes it easy to find what you’re looking for.

This is the Hallmark store on the Upper Level of Livingston Mall.
Besides the actual inconvenience of going into Livingston Mall … I have to say that this Hallmark is not as nice as, say, Willowbrook’s Hallmark. The cashier is centrally located, in the middle of the store & close to the door, which means it’s nearly impossible to get from one side of the shop to the other on a busy day.
The employees are really nice. I had one of those friendly, semi-​awkward conversations with a cashier the other day. I was in a rush and wasn’t in the mood for idle chatter; however, I appreciated the effort. (Cashier, if you’re reading this, sorry!) They have a decent amount of stock. Usually this store is light on foot traffic, but I noticed close to Valentine’s Day that they were running out of some cards & gift bags. Then again, that’s one of the store’s busiest days (procrastinators unite!), so I shouldn’t judge by that alone.
It’s not my primary Hallmark store, but it’s good to know it’s there.
