Lovely experience at the Spa at the Arnold! Amanda knew intuitively where to find the knots that come from hours of standing, and released them with ease. Warm, inviting atmosphere in a well-​cared-​for spa. A definite stop for every Catskills trip!

I have enjoyed massages all over the world — from NYC to Mumbai, Tullum to Jerusalem and places in between and NONE can compare to the massage I experienced at the Spa at The Arnold. Sara J is an expert and intuitively knew how to find and treat the tension in my shoulders, neck, arms, feet — all over! Thank you, Sara J, for having such an amazing gift. Deeply grateful to you and will be back again in the Spring, Summer, Autumn… thank you! Namaste! XO

Amazing massage experience at the Spa at the Arnold. Owner Kevin O. was wonderful. He had such a peaceful vibe/​personality that I could not help but to be at ease. Very communicative and checked in with me consistently on pressure and as a former personal trainer, had great suggestions for me, a completely stressed out working mom, on how to relax. I had the 90-​minute bliss and the price was very reasonable and well worth every penny (foot reflexology alone was worth it). I look forward to going back the next time I am upstate.
