This place has wonderful French food and is a very classy establishment in Livingston Manor. I recently tried to make a reservation there. Unfortunately, after closing for 2014 – 2015 the winter season, the chef/owners have decided to stay in France and not re-open this year. They are actually selling the property. This is a great loss to the community and Hello Bistro will be missed.

If you thought that sophisticated, French/American dining could never be found in Sullivan county, well, you would be wrong. Chef Jean-Robert(JR) and Denise have come up with an every changing menu that features fresh, local and in season ingredients. The food is absolutely delicious. They serve brunch, lunch and diner via a bright and helpful staff, décor is comfortable, minimal and lovely and the desserts are«ta die for». They occasionally feature theme nights, art and music events. Highly recommended.

This place is very nice on the inside but it is way to small expecially when it is packed! The food I thought was exellent but… just a few hours later my cousin threw up from it and my stomach was killing me !!

Amazing food and lovely people. Small, but well crafted, menus and beer list. We liked it so much for dinner on Sat night, we came back for brunch on Sunday morning. Definitely the best option in Sullivan/Delaware. Make reservations!

Wonderful food and a wonderful atmosphere. A happy surprise to find such a nice restaurant in an area with such limited options. Enjoyed our meal so much on Friday we came back the following night! Hope we will be able to try brunch soon!

The owners of the former Flour Power Bakery have re opened as a Bistro and it is wonderful! I came in with a few friends for Sunday brunch and was not disappointed. The bacon was thick cut, cooked to perfection and the tastiest I have had in quite a while. The french toast was wonderful as well. It was an absolutely wonderful meal topped off by the warm, welcoming & attentive staff. I beleive they are currently only open for dinner on Friday/Saturday & Bunch on Sunday.
