For a ‘handyman’ service that I tried to use, found them very unprofessional as it was very difficult to get any details on scheduling of a time for the work and once I was finally able to get a date/time set up (after about 2 weeks — seriously 2 weeks for a handyman service??) and made the arrangements to take the time off of work — a couple hours before they were supposed to show, received a call advising that they wouldn’t be able to make the appointment — leaving me out some $$ from taking the time off of work for the scheduled appointment which they stiffed me on.
I’d recommend staying away if you expect them to act like a professional or actually want a contractor to show up and do the work.
