I love the chillies chain but this one really sucked. Steak tasted cheap and the vegetables were garbage.

Love the free chips and salsa when at the bar. Bar tenders are welcoming. Food is out quickly and made to order.

Typical Chilis… I really don’t see a big difference between here, Applebee’s or TGIF. Came here since we had a gift card and was pleasantly surprised to find out tonight was ALLYOUCANEATSTEAKORCHICKENFAJITAS for $ 12.99! I thought that was a good deal especially since I had 3 helpings… Unless they make the portions smaller knowing its all you can eat? Ordered the steak fajitas and although I wasn’t expecting melt in your mouth meat, the meat was a bit more rubbery than I would have expected… But being pregnant and having an appetite that is insatiable I still cleaned my plate. We also ordered guacamole(not table side since the waiter made it seem like it would be exactly the same but more work for him) we wanted it spicy and was informed that there are already jalapeños in it… We asked that we get extra jalapeños and were brought out a small side of jalapeños that were sliced… Not really to add to the guacamole. Chips and salsa were typical and not too salty which was nice. The offered mini iPad looking devices to order refills and desserts and also had the option to pay using that device… Not sure what the need for all that is… we opted to just talk to a real human! Will we go back? Probably it’s a typical chain so we don’t expect some gourmet meal… go for the cheap food, happy hour specials and daily specials!

The bartender Chris was absolutely first class. The food was great. The little computers were very good.

Came with my sister because she likes the 2 for one drinks. We ordered the all you can eat fajitas… my gosh the waitress took so long we didn’t even get to number 2! The food was alright, a bit too salty. The beer was good though :) 3 stars

Not a bad place, good food, good service and every table has a small computer(you can order your meal on). Also, a very clean building, recently built. Located near a hamton inn.

I LOVECHILIS! We went here for dinner on a Saturday night and it was packed! We decided to sit at the bar area because if you can find an open table you don’t have to wait to be seated. Even though it was busy our waitress was really attentive and provided great service.

I love the happy hour food specials. Get there before 6:00, and you can get $ 5.00 meals and appetizers if you sit in the bar. The chicken sandwich & fries is my favorite, although they went from a nice, big sesame roll to a big shiney roll(not for me, so I eat the sandwich without the roll now), but for $ 5.00, I can’t complain. The last time we went the french fries were awful, they tasted like they were fried in very old oil. But they exchanged them for mashed potatoes and I was happy. The waitresses are always very nice and it’s where we go when we want a cheap meal. 2 dinners and an appetizer for $ 15.00!

Avoid this place. We stopped there around 430 pm expecting typical Chili’s/Applebee’s/TGIF/etc food. We were passing by and had a craving for their honey chipotle chicken fingers. So, we had realistic expectations for a Chili’s. The service was ok timing-wise, though several of the servers looked more unkempt than I would allow if I were the manager(oily scruffy beards, generally unwashed?). To me this is a sign of low professional standards no matter what class of restaurant you operate. The food was terrible. We ordered chicken strips and fries, relatively simple fare. The chicken strips were WAY over cooked on all three orders and the chicken itself looked very thin and low quality even for strips. You could also tell they were cooked in oil that desperately needed to be changed. It came with fries that were fine and corn on the cob that was cooked to mush. We left hungry. Overall not worth the time or money even if you are craving a franchise staple. Save your money for a Fry Daddy and a pack of Tyson chicken.

We placed our drink orders and app order at the same time & watched the waitress, Sabrina, enter it into the computer screen. Our drinks came and we waited… and waited for our app. The app and dinners came out at the same time. I hate that! Sabrina quickly apologized and had the manager stop at our table. He comp’ed the app. Sabrina apologized again. We were happy with the rest of our meal and service.

Chili’s is a food factory. Anyone who rates it high is suspect. I got semi-frozen chicken fingers here. Pass…

When we first got here it wasn’t a great start. They told us 25 to 30 minutes… We weren’t sat until 50 minutes later. But the food wound up being worth the wait. The skillet Queso was delicious, especially the salsa that comes with it. Their fajita trio was spectacular. I’m a huge fan of fajitas but these were some of the best I’ve had in a while.

Just your average Chili’s, I’ve always seen it clean and never had any problems with the staff. Food has always been cooked to order for me but I find the portion can be a bit lacking but I find most restaurants these days are like that. Parking can be difficult on the weekends with a minimum wait inside.
