I have been a WW’s member off-and-on for many years… and find the plan works for me. I love that you can eat real food. 3 years ago I lost a substantial amount of weight, and quit to try maintaining on my own. I did so until last year. It was time to *get back in the chair*. DD had been to meetings here and she liked the leader. She was so right… great leader and staff. I find I do best if I go weekly… so I am committed. Good plan, online tools and personal support.

After losing 26 pounds in 17 weeks– still getting to eat out once a week or so and not feeling deprived– I am a firm believer in this program. Find a counselor and meeting time that work for you, and do it. No excuses!
