Yeah, I got to say I’m done from ordering pizza from here. Every order we placed there is something either wrong with it or they totally forget something. I ordered pizza on Valentine’s Day totally willing to wait the timeframe, but my husband received the pizza and did not know that they had forgot one of them. I called the manager immediately and was told I could either get 50% off my next order or wait two hours. We sent our adult son over to the restaurant to pick up the second pizza, but when he arrived he spoke with the manager who knew nothing about it. I am totally done… Not worth my time might as well go to Mountain Mike’s

I have been to this location many times and never had a bad experience. We have dined in and also ordered pick-up. With regards to pick-up, the pizzas were always hot and ready when I arrived. Livermore as a city is not that big so I definitely recommend pick-up over delivery. The times I’ve ordered take-out it took approx 20min. Either way, they will give an approximate time when your order will be ready. Round table pizza, IMHO is way better than Dominos, Pizza Hut, Mountain Mikes, and Papa Johns. They use better quality ingredients and are more generous with their toppings than their competitors.

The service was horrible here. The girl who rung us up for our order over charged and didn’t even get the right order. She was rude, snarky, and totally unprofessional. The pizza here was good but it’s not worth it. The prices are extremely high, and the service is shit. I have never felt so awkward on the phone until here. I felt I was a «hassle» and my service here was«unwanted». The girl who took our order sounded like a snob who hated anything me who called. I wish the food standards met the service standards cause then it would be a five star review. Pizza is bomb but I HATe this place because of their rude customer service and arrogance.

If I could do zero stars I would. I ordered the pizza and they said 30 – 45 minutes. 2 hours and 2 call laters and still no pizza and to make it worse horrible customer service. When I called to ask about he delay they said they received a lot of calls after us so we’d «just have to wait or cancel» I asked when to expect it as I have a party full of hungry kids they said 30 mins :( An hour later they showed with cold pizza and mad about no tip… The tip being deliver when promised and improve on your customer service

We ordered 2 large pizzas and 3 salads over the phone for delivery, $ 82.00 worth. We are .7 miles from this location, exactly 4 mins away. We were told 1 hour for it to show up. It was 1 hour and 30 mins before we got our food. Both pizzas were cold. The driver was very nice and said it was a crazy day, but if they told me they were behind on deliveries, I would have picked it up myself! Extremely disappointed!!! I will go talk to the manager tomorrow

Love this place. Happy hour is great, 2 – 5. Perfect for a late luch or a bunch of wings and beer with some friends. Love that i can walk there. Cashier very friendly and service was great.

What a joke. Call the Stanley Blvd location only a couple miles away and save yourself 20%-30% on your meal. This place wanted 36.99 for a Maui Zowie including delivery(that price included a $ 5.00 off coupon). I called the Stanley location and got a large Maui Zowie plus 6 twists for $ 32.99 delivered. The East Ave location is so overpriced its unreal. A message to your owner: Lower your prices or at least make them comparable to the location just down the way or you will find yourself in the unemployment office.

This place took ANHOUR for our dine in pizza to be ready. No warning ahead of time and no apology when delivered to our table. Pizza was just okay. Also, the cashier Juana had an attitude. Not a happy customer.

The absolute worst customer service in a restaurant that I’ve ever encountered. This location has lost our order before, delivered the wrong item and today, they wouldn’t allow us a substitution on one of there pizzas. I don’t get it, I ask to remove two meats and substitute for mushrooms and that was not allowed? I can see that’s the case if you premake all the pizza, but I thought round table made there’s from scratch? This experience makes me think otherwise. What happened round table? you used to be the king of pizzas. save your money, go to big Livermore pizza or Melos instead, support a local business

I called in to get my other pizza they said they will make a new one. that didn’t happen the delivery boy was back in 10 mins with a cold ass pizza. call to complain to the manager and I was on hold for too Damn long that I hung up.

This particular restaurant does not do a great job with customer service. I ordered parmesan twists and a pizza, and they forgot to give us parmesan twists. I went back up with my receipt to tell them that they forgot the twists, and they ended up taking my receipt and not giving it back. The silver lining was that they did add 3 extra twists for the inconvenience, but it is a damper on your meal when the appetizer comes after having eaten the pizza. As for the food quality itself, it’s good but it does not scale well relative to how much they charge for the pizza. While most other chains offer cheaper pizza, Round Table Pizza can easily offer pizza that is twice the price of a comparable pizza. But does it taste twice as good? I doubt it.

Just tried a BBQ Chicken Pizza from here and wow really good! It was take out not dine in. Maybe the location/buffet sucks but this pizza was delicious! I highly recommend it! The toppings were fresh! The pizza is expensive though. $ 30!

Yuk. Place smells like mold especially by the salad bar. The employees are rude. They keep you on hold for 8 minutes!

$ 31.99 for a x-large pizza!!! What? This better be the best pizza cause I can go to Costco and get a bigger pizza for $ 10.95.

If I don’t go in to the place, the pizza is pretty good! It might be because I rarely allow myself to have pizza, and all pizza is awesome. If I go eat there… the atmosphere is a bit crusty/dated. The workers have always been friendly. I just wish it didn’t have that old dingy thing going on.

My girlfriend and I were going to enjoy a movie and a meal, so we phoned in our order, and that is when the trouble started. The phone must have rung for nearly two minutes, and I was about to hang up when it was answered. «Will you please wait?» was all they said, and then put me on hold. The hold lasted for five minutes! I timed it! Worse still, instead of music, they play commercials about all the great things that they offer, and all their community service. The commercials are on a 1-minute loop, so I had to listen to that garbage five times before they came back to take my order. Estimated delivery time? One hour! So, I said I’d pick it up, in which case the production time was 25 minutes. When I got to the pizza parlor, I saw that there were only two guys behind the counter, and one person on the floor doing busboy duty. Was that the problem? Lack of personnel? No, the incompetency was just beginning! They lost my order! According to the cashier, he had no record of it being entered into the production log! I was stunned! I had come to this place only a year earlier and gotten pizza without a problem. Could it have gone downhill that fast? Although tempted to leave in a huff, I entered my order again and sat down to wait. Fifteen minutes later, the clerk called me over and presented me with the pizza, and a second apology. The pizza had in fact been entered, but it was in the«Delivery» part of the computer bank, which was why he couldn’t find it the first time! Exasperated, I took the pizza home to my now starving girlfriend. But upon opening the box, we found that it had NOT been made to our order. There was only about one-half of the requested toppings, and worst of all the linguica was not only uncooked it was cold! Cold, uncooked linguica is dangerous! I will never order food from there again. It’s just not worth the hassle.

I blame the lunch buffet for the decline… I mean, naturally they need to scrimp a little on the toppings for the lunch buffet pizzas in order to make money. So, I’ve learned to never, ever order your own pizza during the lunch timeframe — they’ve gotten used to scrimping on the buffet pizza toppings so you’re going to get about 2/3rds of what you normally get. But now this behavior has now extended to ALL the time! RT people, after the lunch buffet, you need to go back to putting the normal amount of toppings on your pizzas; you charge WAY too much to be cheap, chintzy, close-fisted, frugal, greedy, miserly, parsimonious, penny-pinching, scrimping, and tightfisted with the toppings!

Went to the lunch buffet today– was severely disappointed. Pizza didn’t taste as good as it normally would at other locals, and there wasn’t much cheese, wasn’t even that warm, and they we’re hardly switched out often. I’ve been to other locations where they turn them out often, even of they aren’t busy. This location needs to work on their buffet because based on my experience, if I ever thought about ordering pizza from them– I just changed my mind.

I grew up eating Round Table pizza. Now that I’m married and my parents no longer foot the bill for this pricey pie, I must resort to coupons and the lunch buffet. Today I got all-you-can-eat pizza and salad, and a drink, for $ 7 and some change. Without that $ 2 off coupon, I would have felt a little ripped off. Pizza was awesome, per usual, and there were tons of choices. More importantly, they kept ‘em coming. We were surrounded by Labbies(if you’re not from Livermore, you just won’t know), and, man, can those nerds pack it away.
