If I could give a negative star, I would! My last experience at this location surpasses the lazy and rude Customer Service type! There was no greeting no offering help, just cold stares and laziness when I brought my shoes to return! This lady wouldn’t take the shoes out of the bag and she had the nerve to rudely tell me that there’s nothing wrong with these shoes and that I shouldn’t be returning them! The shoes didn’t fit my kids! She told me that I should bring them with me to shop for them so I don’t have to return them! Wow I was really being nice and being patient with this whole appalling experience. I even bought shoes and she wouldn’t even put it in the bag! She put the bag on the counter and waited for me to do it. The customer service is poor and this store needs some serious training! There are many customers who have been treated poorly and it is unacceptable and really unfortunate!

Not bad, but nothing exceptional either. Apparently when the sneakers separate from the rubber sole they’re due for replacement. I do so enjoy the«BOGO» sale with no exclusions as their commercials state… but the signs in-store don’t go along with that philosophy. Didn’t much care either way, but a big fan of walking the talk, which is a clear disconnect between the corporate face on TV versus what their pre-printed signs convey.

I can’t help but shake the feeling that the employee’s eyes are burning into me each time I come here. It’s very rude and pretty irritating. They try to play it off, but it’s painfully obvious. When I walk in, the employees are chatting at the register. Then when I start browsing, they all the suddenly start«organizing» whichever aisle I am in. It’s insulting. They never ask if I need help finding anything, just aimlessly take boxes off the shelf and put them right back where they initially were. I mean, come on now, am I gonna put a pair of shoes into my purse or something? The selection is bleh. The shoes are overprices for the quality. And when you use a coupon(that they’ve emailed you), you can tell that they aren’t happy about it. They need some customer service training. And if they’re sooooo worried about loss prevention, install some cameras or something. I really hate coming to this store, but I have found some pretty cute shoes over the years.

I have been looking for some sandals for my daughter and I don’t really know why I walked in here tonight. I always walk out empty handed. It all became clear tonight as to why. Their store is dirty and their customer service is by far the worst. As I walked in tonight I was the only customer in the store yet nobody greeted, smiled, or acknowledged me in any way. There were two ladies standing around the cash register and I walked right past them. Instead of asking me if I needed help finding anything they just sat their and argued. LOUDLY. I went to the aisle to look for sandals and I couldn’t even concentrate on what I came in for. I heard every bit of their stupid argument about how the one lady got called in and she just wanted to complain about it. Guess what lady?! Next time say NO. Easy as that. Anyway… I decided to leave and not before I mentioned that the way they were acting was completely unprofessional. The lady(with the glasses) told me «You know if you couldn’t find something you could have just asked.» True, or you could do your job. I will mention that the other lady was completely apologetic and you could tell that she was sincere. I’m assuming she was the manager. I guess customer service really isn’t for everybody.

From the ads they have on TV, I keep thinking that they have shoes worth owning. I go and end up being disgusted with the shoes and stuck with some shoe for my vain 4 year old daughter(if it’s pink and sparkly then it is worth owning).

I never shop here but I can’t turn a deal down. My friend urged me to shop here after she bought some really great shoes from the online store. But after 2 minutes of browsing my size I realized that what I was looking for wasn’t there. What was there was dated styles, wrong colors and cheap looking shoes. The clerk was watching my the entire time like a hawk as if I were about to steal some nine dollar green pumps. When I left the store they rudely asked, «Didn’t find anything today!!!» I know I’m a bit of a shoe snob but wow regardless of the price I would think that since they only specialize in one thing(shoes!) they would be able to pay someone to keep up with styles. Also, some customer service training wouldn’t hurt. If a customer walk out empty handed don’t act offended and be rude because we won’t come back.
