ANNOYED! I planned to stop by the outlets right when they opened at 10:00 to pick up something on my way to work. I got there right after 10am and there were already a lot of people there. I went straight to Kipling. Lights were on and employees were there. The doors were locked and they just looked at me. Very disappointed. I planned my day accordingly and it’s annoying when stores don’t open when they say they do. They could have at least had a closed sign up.

While I was delighted to find good deals at this store, I was very disappointed by how the cashier went straight ahead to serve a woman who cut in line! Over the Memorial Weekend, I visited this store. I was standing in the queue for over 5 minutes and I was the only one in line. There were two cashiers on duty who were busy with other customers. Then one of the cashiers became available and I had already made one step forward on my way walking to her. Suddenly, another lady jumped in, ran passing me and rushed over to this available cashier cutting in front of me! This was so weird that I told myself the lady probably was in a rush to ask a question. To my surprise, she was simply running to the cashier to pay for a suitcase. I was so shocked that I did not know what to do. To my bigger surprise, the cashier and the other saleslady who was standing right beside the queue(I expected both to know about this lady cutting in line) said nothing. The cashier went straight ahead to serve this rude customer! If it was the company policy to serve customers who had put things on hold before serving those who stood in line, I expected at least one of the staff told me so on the spot. I gave both the cashier and the other saleslady the benefit of doubt that they could be as shocking as I was. I assumed this could be the reason why they had not said anything to this rude customer who cut in line or explaining to me why they served this rude customer before me. However, I sincerely hope that the manager of this store would train the staff on how to handle incidents like this.

Organized store and friendly staff, it is always a joy to shop here. Although it is a lot smaller than the store in Las Vegas, but I am more than thrilled to have a Kipling outlet store this close to home.

I have been a fan of Kipling for a while. I came here last night in search of the perfect purse to go with everything(interviews, etc.). I had sooo much bag-gasms(orgasms when you see bags) upon entering this store. I wanted everything in sight. Loved loved loved the styles & designs. The prices weren’t tooo bad. Macy’s can be cheap, but this store has more selection. Employees were friendly & quite helpful. One employee(I wish I could have gotten her name) helped me find«The Bag.» For less than $ 100, I bought«The Bag.» Thank you, nameless employee for helping me!
