Organized place. Plenty of room to maneuver. Best rates in the valley I was able to find. I like the lady that works there. She’s always been very nice to us. But, I pay my bills and follow the rules, so maybe its me.

We have been very pleased with this facility. Spaces are wide enough to safely maneuver our 32′ Class A motorhome easily. Security is superb. Coded entry and exit. The manager, JJ, runs a tight ship, and we appreciate that. The areas are inspected daily. Uncovered as well as covered storage sites are available.

Blah. Management here sucks. And $ 70 per month for trailer storage? Too much. And don’t even think about being one day late on your rent, or the manager will unleash her minions from hell on you via phone, text and email. When we brought in our last payment and ended our agreement, she cornered my husband to read him the riot act. WTH lady? Here’s your money, so shut up. Contract canceled. You have no right to so much as look at me anymore let alone speak to me. Found a place in Tracy for $ 40 per month. This place is hardly worth the headache and the woman on her trailer kingdom power trip.

We’ve had our trailer here for almost 6 months and we’ve had no issues. The space is nice and organized and very well on top of things. We’ve haven’t had any issues with management and she has been very helpful. Plus you can’t go wrong with their rates! Very well priced.

The manager, or whatever the hell she is, I think her name is J, is a grade a BIAAAAATTTTCH. An absolute beast with a major league mullet. Deal with her one time and you will have your mind made up; instantly. Ask anyone who has ever dealt with her and you will get the same response. Spend the money and go somewhere else.

If you are looking for a safe, clean, well maintained place to store your trailer/​rv/​boat this place will fit the bill perfectly. It has multiple security cameras, gated entrances and an on site manager that resides there ²⁴⁄₇.
It has a dump site as you enter so if you forget or couldn’t do it before bringing your rig to storage, you can do it as you enter/​leave. It also has firewood for sale out front so you can grab some bundles on your way out to your camping trip. Very convenient and much cheaper than buying at whatever campsite you’re heading to after their mark up, I’m sure.
The on site manager can come across as bristly, but she’s quite sweet after talking to her for a minutes. She is on it, as far as security goes too. NOTHING comes and goes or slips by her without her knowing about it. That really ups the ante when it comes to the security of your rig in my opinion.
It has clean, smooth pavement paths leading to all the different sites, but the rigs are all parked on gravel/​dirt, so your rig can get very dusty.
I would give it 5 stars if it had a place to wash your rig and fill your propane, but it doesn’t.
Overall, it’s a safe, clean, proper place to keep your rig and you can’t go wrong storing it here.
