My fiancé took her wedding ring there to be sized. We went back to pick it up after they called and said it was ready(Sunday). Instead of sizing it up, they sized it down despite the size being on the ticket they gave the jeweler(you would think they would check to make sure everything was okay and correct before calling). Then we were told an employee would pick it up and drop it off at the jewelers and we could pick it up the next day(Monday), well it was not ready the next day. My fiancé then called Tuesday afternoon and it was still not done so they put a rush on it(I guess they figured we forgot about the ring). It was finally ready Tuesday evening and were not apologetic about their mistakes nor it taking longer than they said it would. They made a mistake and would now own up to it, customer service is obviously not something they care about.

Quick and easy jewelry inspection. Beautiful job cleaning my rings. Especially pleased they could sign off on my Gordon’s inspection(same company owns both jewelers). The last Gordon’s location in the state just closed down!

Service is slow. The head saleslady there(Carol, I think) has very harsh makeup and also strict/stern attitude towards customer service. Reminds me of a school headmaster/headmistress who’s ready with a scolding! Yikes!
