This store did not exemplify customer service as a priority. I will never return to this store and I was a very dissatisfied customer. They improperly returned my device and I’m still waiting for that $ 330 to be credited back to my account. I will be dealing with Sprint directly to avoid these errors and issues due to poor service going forward.

Last night my husband and I stopped in this store to try to resolve a problem with his phone. Our past experiences have been very good, but this time the store was crowded and understaffed. That, in itself, wasn’t an issue; the problem was one of the sales reps who, by repeatedly engaging the customers in inappropriately personal conversation – including hitting on them – and talking at volumes appropriate only if you need to be heard above, say, a jet engine, caused unnecessary, excessive delay. We walked out and went to a competitor’s store; when our contract is up we will be switching.

They will give you the world. Just not the world you are in! I have had my phone with them for over a year now. After the first 2 days I hated all the dropped calls and«No signal» in the middle of the city I asked to turn my phone in for their 15 day rule(That says they will turn it off and let you out of the contract) At that time they told me they just finished updating the towers to 3G and I will see better signal strength next week… That was a year ago and guess happens everytime I ask for help here? «We are updating towers and they will be better next week»

This store has provided me the best customer service I have received from any mobile carrier. I have previously had accounts with Verizon and AT&T, and have been frustrated with paying for horrible service. This store made switching to Sprint a breeze. I purchased an iPhone 5 at the location and they were out of the size of memory that I needed. Instead if ordering one for me and having to wait for it. A manager drove to 2 other locations to get the phone for me that day without me asking. It wasn’t an option for me to wait. Talk about earning my business. To say the least I’m really happy thus far!
