If you ever have to deal with a disaster in your home, Servpro is the company you want on your team. I hope to never experience this again and would not wish it on anyone, but Servpro has been the bright spot in dealing with the aftermath of my sewage flood. The flood happened on Labor Day weekend and even with that, when Matt got my call he must have made contact with me five or six times in one afternoon to coordinate getting help to the house — again on a holiday! He was incredibly patient and accommodated our needs and was quick to give suggestions on what to expect. He told me he would assign Javier to the job and from the minute he and Seth walked in I knew we would be treated fairly and professionally. Javier knows this restoration business inside out and took such time explaining things to me and also made coordination calls to my insurance company and made sure all details were discussed and covered. Javier always informs me when he is coming and is always right on time and gets the work DONE. He is training Seth and Seth jumps in right alongside and does stellar work too. They are a great team and clearly care about THE CUSTOMER. Javier even made a trip to the home to decontaminate my bathtub when our repairs had to be delayed due to asbestos removal.
Kimber has also been very helpful on coordinating the claim and the schedule of what’s to come. Her emails are always prompt and informative and when she doesn’t know an answer she doesn’t quit til she tracks it down for me.
Again — I wouldn’t wish this mess on anyone… but if it ever happens to you… give Servpro a call. And ask for Javier and Seth!
