A ceiling fan crashed down on us damaging our property(including my laptop and kitchen table) and injuring my infant baby. We put the ceiling fan into a clean trash can in the garage and moved out a month later. We were worried they’d charge us if we threw it away. A month later I received my deposit and surprise they deducted over $ 400 in trash removal. We left the place cleaner than when we moved in. When I contacted Phoebe Nason about the fee she said they use a third party company who makes the charges and the trash removal was from the garage. When I asked about recouping money for my damaged property and medical bills she said my checklist shows I marked everything as good. I guess my psychic powers weren’t working that day. I should have known the fan would fall on us.
