Great people, fun place, good selection for a neighborhood liquor store(especially after the expansion). Maybe a couple of dollars more than a big box store, but do you really want to drive to Highlands Ranch when the Broncos are winning and you are out of brewski?

I’ve noticed that the staff here is not the friendliest or the most helpful, but haven’t reviewed until now. Last night I was charged $ 18.49 for a bottle of wine that was clearly labeled $ 14.99 in the case. The clerk’s solution to the problem was to correct the price tag in the case, but not to refund my $ 3 when this was clearly their mistake. I don’t like the attitude in this store. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

Poor management decision at Roxborough Marketplace liquors. I stopped in to pick up some Fat Tire for a Christmas party, I had just shopped at the Safeway next store and had a bag of groceries. As I was walking to cashier to pay for the beer, my bag of groceries knocked a bottle of wine off an end cap. The bottle of wine broke, understanding I caused the breakage, I offered to pay for the cost of the wine, but not the retail cost of $ 12.99. After asking multiply times for them to reconsider charging the full price for the wine, management rudely stated that they could have sold the wine for $ 12.99 and made the profit on that bottle. I understand they lost the profit on that bottle of wine, I hope they also understand they also have lost the profit from my purchases in the future as I will not return. I am a local resident and will just plan ahead for any liquor purchases in the future.
