I was contacted by Kim the owner and she basically played mediator but in the end I still feel as though I was screwed (just not as bad) And No Apology at all from Ed I did get one from Kim and Her Husband I feel that at least she tried which does say something. I would recommend doing a lot of research before using a Realtor and maybe at least talking to the Broker up front just to get them to be able to put a name to the face if something does go side ways. For Example I think if Kim and I met in the beginning Ed might have been more cautious about writing the
contract…
