Had a problem with my hot tub this season. The pump died, tried to get several companies to help out, they were all too busy. R & R came out at the end of week & determined problem. Ordered pump & we were all set the following week. Very good & professional.

Nice people work here. They’re always happy to do a free water analysis and answer newbie questions patiently and clearly. I’ll always be grateful for the time when I had a situation with refilling my hot tub with «hell water» for the first time, and they came up with a creative solution to get my water back to sparkling clear in no time.
They stock all the top brands of pool and hot tub chemicals, so I stock up here. The only thing I don’t recommend buying is pH strips because they’re about 2x what they cost on Amazon.
