Worst lab experience ever. I regularly have blood drawn and my doctor always orders the results stat. I generally go to lab corp and have never had a bad experience. Today I went to lab corp, they had me wait while they talked behind the counter amongst themselves even though I was on time for my appointment. My appointment was at 7:45 am but it wasn’t picked up for testing until 11:40. The results weren’t sent to my doctor until 1:40. Labcorb always had my results to my doctor by 10 am. Because of Quests delay, my doctor won’t be able to get me the results until tomorrow. I’m forced to spend the night now knowing my results until tomorrow and I’m so incredibly stressed out over this. NEVER go to Quest. Labcorp is right downstairs and they are far more capable and professional.
