Worst dry cleaners EVER! For one they are way to expensive almost twice as much as any other dry cleaners… They do not read labels and when they ruin your cleaners beyond repair they weasel a way even lying to get out of resolving the issue! The neglected to read the labels on Tommy Bahama shirts and now they are unusable… the shirts went in perfect condition and all four were returned unwearable. They not only will not replace the shirts but will not even give back the cost of the service! The shirts are not inexpensive and now we have approximately $ 500 worth of shirts that can not be worn. The shirts look like they threw them in some kind of solution that had bleach in it. They are the worst cleaners I have ever dealt with. We are going to report them to the BBB and file a claim in small claims court to recoup some of the cost of replacing the shirts.
I would not recommend them to my worst enemy or anyone on this earth. They are unappreciative uncooperative and rude. They even went as far as saying that the manufacturer said the shirts were to old to be cleaned, which was a total lie, the issue was they did not read the label, the shirts should have been laundered not dry cleaned with an extremely poor quality cleaning solution that had been used to many times before replacing the solution, in their cost saving effort they used solution that not only bleached the material but left an odor of dirty cleaning solution. This cleaners should not be able to stay in business. After talking to others in our neighborhood over ten couples have nightmare experiences with the same cleaners… something need to be done to people that run a shoddy business and still are continuing to ruin customers items
