Based on their last review here in 2013 things have not improved. My fault for not checking Unilocal first. I certainly know better. When I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks ago all seemed find and they came recommended from a friend. I took time off from work to have them clean the carpets before the holidays for a 9 am appointment. At 9:45 I called to ask where they were and the man on the phone said oh we decided you live to far away and I guess we should have called you. I am over the top angry at the lack of professionalism of this company and yes I still have dirty carpets. Maybe based on their last review I am better off. YIKES

This company is the most unprofessional company I have EVER come across. If you have any issues with them and call to try to get it resolved they will claim there is no one there in charge and hang up on you. If you call back they will threaten you, cuss at you, and call you names. It was a very easy problem to resolve and not anything major. It was unnecessary to be treated in such a manor. We found Edwin, the owner of this terrible company to be the man we dealt with. If the owner is this unprofessional I can not imagine how employees would treat you. STAY FAR AWAY from this company!!!
