The service is very poor.
I have been here several times. Each time, it takes so long. The technician keeps jumping from one person to the next rather than just focusing on one person and seeing the job done through. They don’t wash hands going from person to person. I am like… Ugh… You
Just touched that persons feet and now you are touching my hands. Gross!
A 45 min mani pedi anywhere else, takes at least hour and a half here. I don’t have the time. Even when I make an appointment, I still wait forever.
Also, last time, I tried to pay with my credit card. The worker got really upset and said «what? You don’t have cash?»
I said no, card for today. Then the worker said «at least pay cash for the tip». I was like, no… It’s all going on the card. The I said $ 15 tip, and she rang it up for a $ 30 tip… I had to emphasis that it was for only $ 15 and need the other $ 15 back.
An obvious attempt to be unethical.
So, I highly recommend who ever owns that place to evaluate how they carry out their business and to weed out the rotten apple employees.

I wish I’d read the prior Unilocal review before going today. Old, empty polishes that tech thinned with something (?nail polish remover?) to get enough to paint my nails. One coat on toes (everywhere I go does two). Claim of «new massage chairs» is a joke. When I went to pay, I had competitor coupon and ad that said this salon accepts competitor coupons. The person at counter said «no, owner doesn’t approve» (made me wonder who does their ads if the owner doesn’t approve of them!). $ 30 for basic pedicure is high for this area (particularly with minimal service). I won’t be back.

Beware! A nail tech sliced my toe during a pedicure. She said it was an ingrown toenail but it clearly was not. I have skin hanging off the side of my toe! The owner didn’t even bother to look at my toe, just backed up the nail tech about the ingrown toenail excuse. No one speaks English so I didn’t bother to argue with them. I hope it doesn’t get infected.
