I was able to both set up an estimate for a small dent removal and have the work done all within just a few hours. The owner, Jay, was a complete professional, did an excellent job, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this shop!

Staff didn’t listen to my concerns about a clunking sound. Took my vehicle after they repaired it to the dealership which found my exhaust was not bolted correctly and missing bolts. Ironically this was on my estimate to check and repair exhaust which they didn’t. They told me the clunk sound was the fact I needed new breaks which I didn’t. Thankfully Volkswagen repaired my vehicle. I would not recommend going here.

Got my car fixed there about 5 months ago after I had a collision. They took care of the insurance and rental car arrangements, preordered parts so I didnt have to wait as long. Called me every 2 days to update me on the status of my car. When I got my car back I had an issue with one of the headlights that they had replaced being defective. They took care of it getting me a replacement right away. Flawless body and paint work cannot even tell it had anything done. 5 months later still looks and drives great. Hopefully I will not be needing their services again however if I ever get in another collision this is where I am going. Great Job.
