My boyfriend called them yesterday as we were having a problem with our furnace. Jason came out and was nice, professional, and helpful. However, the problem was not fixed so my boyfriend called back today to see if Jason could come back out and take another look. When he called, someone answered the phone «Yeah?» My boyfriend had to ask to make sure that it was Foothills Heating and Cooling that he had called, which it was. He then explained that the problem had not been resolved, and whoever was on the other end was extremely rude and unprofessional, and said, «Well have me order it (the part that was supposedly needed, even though yesterday this part was described as being needed eventually and not immediately to fix the problem) or fix it yourself.»
Needless to say we called someone else who fixed the problem immediately. Would not recommend to anyone who wants professional and honest service.

Third time I have used these folks. Jason (owner’s son) rocks. Always extremely honest, friendly, proactive, and goes the extra mile for his customers. Knows his stuff. Spoke with the owner to set up the call… what a guy. Now I know where Jason gets his attitude from. I recommend these guys to no end. They are THE people to call !!!
