My family and I have been seeing Dr. Fogle for about 9 years. She is very knowledgeable, I would say she is the most knowledgeable in her field we have ever met. She is very thorough, she doesn’t forget any details, and checks multiple aspects. She has been great with all of our children as well, she can even work with baby’s and toddlers. They all enjoy seeing her, and leave wanting to become eye doctors one day because she has been so good with them. She is patient and friendly. If you need a reliable Doctor she’s the one!

I was a patient of Dr. Fogle’s 8 years ago and lost contact with her after she moved on from that practice(who was not cooperative in telling me where she had relocated to). I searched online for sometime to no avail so I’ve been putting up with poor eye care ever since. Last month, I was looking at my list of approved providers from my insurance company and there she was, Dr. Fogle lives! I was estatic to find her because she was the best eye doctor I have ever had. She is both friendly and a high caliber professional who is interested in your overall eye health as well as quality of vision. She always«nails» my prescription and surrounds herself with a friendly staff that is skilled in filling her RX. While the selection of eye wear is not extensive, I did find a sweet pair of glasses. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with me while I seached for that perfect look and fit. I highly recommend Dr. Fogle and her talented staff.

Great optometrist and the most thorough I have been to. Never like the sales pressure from the individuals who ate supposed to help you choose glasses and the unnecessary options they push, but that’s typical everywhere.

AWEFUL– I brought the whole family there and got glasses for us all. My step daughters mom brought her back after complaints she couldn’t see with her new glasses. They saw her and referred her to a specialist and billed me for that visit without even telling us there was a fee. They sued me for a $ 60 co pay that I disputed for months and cost me over $ 700. The specialist told us they gave my step daughter the wrong prescription in the first place and we had to pay for a 2nd pair of glasses. I’ve never experienced such bad service, EVER.

By far the worst eye care I have ever received in my life! The doctor is very money hungry. She schedules appointments without even asking. It is very awkward. She has no personality. She charges 19.00 to teach you how to put contacts in! She charges an additional 50.00 for contact fitting. And the prices are very high. I would never recommend eyetopia to anyone. I am very upset by the way I was treated. Please do not go here!

Wanted to love this place, its right around the corner and locally owned. HOWEVER, I had appointments set up for myself and my son. We received a phone call confirming the appointments, we showed up for the appointments and we were told we showed up at the wrong time on the wrong day. Thought this was a little bizarre because I rechecked voicemail and confirmed I had showed up on the right date at the right time. Not worth debating with the staff, they seemed very indifferent. Not sure if the right hand knows what the left hand is doing at Eyetopia.

FACT: I love my eye care center. I almost strayed away, simply because of their selection of glasses(they have lots, but not tons). I have a customer at the coffee shop who has his own optical place just across the parking lot. I heard he had a huge selection, so I gave it a shot. When I went in, the girl behind the desk knew who I was(I prepare her drink almost every day) and her customer service sucked. I wasn’t expecting her to bend over backwards for me, but c’mon, I give her legendary customer service whenever she comes into MY store, the least she could have done was get off her high horse and acknowledge my presence. Psh, I hauled ass out of there! I told the doc next time he came in. I also told him that I paid cash for new Coach glasses at my place(take that, sucker!) FACT: The grass isn’t greener on the other side. What Eyetopia lacks in eyeglass selection, they totally make up for with their amazing customer service. The girl behind the desk(I think her name is Amber) was also great. She gave me feedback on several different frames and helped me pick out the perfect pair. Dr. Dierdre Fogle is also amazing. I just had an ulcer in my cornea and she’s in the process of fixin’ me up. They totally have the small-town feel to their business, and that’s what makes this Unilocaler happy.
