Carmel is quaint and well managed. My husband and I only had one frustration in the 11 months that we lived there. Our maintenance requests were always taken care of within 24 hours. We moved to Carmel Riverside from Texas and the management staff was really helpful in getting us situated.

Terrible place. Management is rude and no one seems to know anything. Every time you call you get their voice mail, its like no one works in the office. The apartments are terrible and super cheap inside (carpet, base boards, hardwood floors, etc.). We lived in a different apartment for 3 years and left with no problems only having to pay $ 25. We lived here for 10 months and they just sent us a bill for $ 2000.00. They are only concerned with getting your money. They could careless about you and your needs.
Parking is terrible and the maintenance crew is so rude. You’re better off paying and fixing things yourself then having to deal with rude, stinky people.

I recently moved to Carmel Riverside Apartments from Chicago, IL. I reserved my apartment a few months in advance and the management could not have been more helpful with my moving process. Upon arrival to my apartment the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about any questions that I have. The living community is wonderful and the area is beautiful around the complex. I could not have had a better experience so far renting from Carmel Riverside and I hope to be a long term resident for years to come!

Don’t live here! New management is terrible! I lived here for 4 years, had great relations w the staff and had 2 referrals. New management came in and have completely changed the place. You’ll get fined for everything! The manager is super rude if you try to talk to her about any problem. I just got fed up w her and moved out at the end of my lease. Not worth it.
