Burger King

Had an ice mocha coffee and the milk had soured. Took nearly 10 minutes to fill the order with no one else in the store. I tried to call to let them know about the bad milk and no one answers the phone. Will be some time before I eat from this BK again.

I just received the worst Big Fish Meal ever!
I don’t know how long they leave their food laying around but this was alful! The bun was dry, hard as a rock! The fish was barley warm and very dry!
This use to be my favorite meal! This place puts a bad name on the Buger King name!
I am so tired of paying outragest prices for crap food! I will never eat at this place again!
I would of taken it back but it was a to go order and we’ll on our way out of town!

This is not a bad place, come on its fast food. Your not going to get a five star food here, However, I sometimes go here in the am. The services is not to bad, and thay are fast. The food is what it is. Its fast food. You do get what you pay for. I gave this place a two star because it needs an up date. there food, and there look. I may come back sometime.

Every now and then you just need a burger… A Whopper… But after I go to a Burger King I realize why I rarely go there anymore. I haven’t gone to a Burger King in years that was actually built or remodeled in this century.
I try to order a Whopper meal, with a small fry because… well let’s face it Burger King can’t figure out how to make French Fries anymore. Not even sure they are real potatoes. Anyway, I order a large drink and ask for a small fry and the guy tells me he can’t do that…
What happened to «Have it your Way» BURGER KING!!! Are you listening, does anyone in the Burger King corporate environment have a Social Networking team to monitor their stores, read their reviews, and then create an action list based on the reviews.
Back to my experience. I tell the guy, fine charge me for a large fry but give me a small one because I really just want the large drink. Of course I get a large fry, NOT SURPRISED AT ALL…
Spend some money Burger King, update your stores, force your franchisees to spend some cash and update the stores. Make them somewhat appealing to come into. Honestly I feel like I am in bathroom when I go into a Burger King. No one is friendly, the place is generally not so clean… Surprising that someone in the corporate ranks hasn’t noticed. Do they even randomly eat at their restaurants. Or do they feel the same way I do.
This one in Highlands Ranch is really quite a lousy representation of the Burger King Brand.
I suspect Burger King doesn’t really care anymore… to bad because a Whopper at one time was the best.
