7 E Fit Spa

I have never been treated so poorly! I went to 7 e fit spa for the torque treatments. The staff was very nice… but they didn’t know about the product. I let them know ahead of time I am a runner and I was training for a marathon… I asked if this was a problem… they told me it would make me stronger and be able to run faster. I expressed my concerns and was assured I would be fine. I wasmt even given the consent to sign until i was done with the treatment. I had two treatments done and after the second I followed post opp instructions. I woke up the next day and could not stand up out of bed. I have been to several doctors and a chiropractor… Who both stated they have never seen an it band so severely inflamed. and this could not be a sports injury. When calling the office it took the owner Steve 3 weeks of my calls to finally call me. He then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t his machine or staff… I might want to go to the doctor, as it could be bone cancer…(are you kidding me) he was so cocky and rude and finally agreed to refund me… This was in the begining of February… I had to call again today… no refund yet! Do not go to this freaking place!!! Its a joke! And hundreds of dollars in doctors bills later and a missed marathon… I’m still waiting for the owner to give me my $ back for the treatment I pre paid for and never received.
