We purchased a Whoodle from Sweet Wheatens on 12÷18÷15, and were assured he was of excellent health. I decided to have the puppy checked over by our vet. The puppy was diagnosed with two major parasites, giardia and coccidia, and was diagnosed with a severe case of ear mites. These parasites require major cleaning to eradicate, additional tests, and medication, and extensive time to care for the sick pet. When called, Denise stated that this wasn’t a bog deal, that we could return the dog for a refund, despite family attachment to our new friend, little to no care that this is costing me additional time and money or concern for her own animals since they surely have the same illnesses and within the first 30 seconds on the phone she hung up on us.
