I lived here for two years and I have nothing but bad things to say about this place. I should have known it would be a bad experience from the time I signed my lease. Right away they seemed threatening when they explained the rules and regulations of the lease. They already deducted $ 75 off the deposit for carpet cleaning, which was not unreasonable beside for the fact I know they tore out my carpet to remodel after I had left. The management nickel and dimes you for everything at the time your lease is up. I was charged $ 5 for ice cube trays, which I know I left in my fridge, not to mention I bought them myself because the ones they gave me were unsanitary. Throughout my time there it was always noisy at night and I constantly heard arguing and fighting. I was told to stay in my apartment one day because there was a man that took a hostage and he eventually committed suicide. Later that year I was awoken by the noise of the police wrestling with a naked man right out my front window. Cars were constantly broken into and vandalized. I was given a letter of complaint by management saying I was noisy and fighting in my apartment with someone, even though I lived alone and I was working at the time they said I was. They did not want to hear my side of the story, even though there was nothing to say. The people in the office were rude and I hated every minute I lived there. This place is the domestic violence capital of the west side and the staff thinks its so f’n great. Don’t waste your money!!!
