Glen and Susie are great folks!!! We have have ordering our custom shirts and name tags for almost 2 years now. They have always had them ready in a timely manner and when I did have a problem which was only one time they corrected it and gave me the product at no charge. That’s customer service to me!!!

Avoid. They don’t have a product that is an instant printed item. I ordered 12 T-​shirts double sided screen printed and I paid in advance. what I got was 12 single sided with an oops, my bad excuse. They could not care less. They offered to send them off for a fix but I couldn’t wait another two weeks. You only get one chance to make a good impression they failed miserably.

Instant Imprints assisted me with design, sent me some great suggestions that I hadn’t previously thought of, and the order was fulfilled days before the anticipated scheduled date. The prices are very reasonable, the service is great, and the quality and delivery is exceptional. No hesitation at all in recommending this local small business.
