Very good food, excellent service, nice atmosphere, good prices and awesome location. I had the sweet and sour pork and my boyfriend had the Orange chicken… they were above average but not spectacular. I’m coming back to try the General’s chicken though, because I was torn this time and went with my tried and true selection. All in all, a really good experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Always loved to eat here. Convenient parking, nice atmosphere after it was renovated. Typical Chinese fare but good portions & the food seemed fresh.

Delicious food, owner is exceedingly gracious and kind, and all of the employees are prompt, courteous, and delightful. Lunch or dinner, every experience here is Zen like. The décor and lighting sets a dining mood that feels romantic and calm. A great family place for people with small children, too. That sounds like a conflict, but the layout of the restaurant and the keen sense of each patron’s needs determines where you are seated. We don’t even notice the tables next to us due to the set-up and sight lines of the tables. That is next-level Feng Shui. The food quality, presentation, and attention to detail far exceeds the price for the fare. You will almost feel guilty for how little you pay and how wonderful your dining experience will be. I suppose that is why I don’t bother with other Chinese food restaurants now. I’ve found the perfect place! With all of the Asian fusion, sushi, Phở, and other Chinese restaurants around, you will taste and see the difference here and find yourself craving another visit only a few days later. Set your expectations high and you still won’t be disappointed. It’s no wonder they are known all across the State of Arkansas at the best of the best consistently year after year. Excellent for a date night! Great call-in service for take-out, and they deliver, too!

I’ve been here twice and the first time was pretty good(but maybe bc we were dining with one of the regulars) It wasn’t all that fantastic the second time around. My daughter who is a noodle eater didn’t eat it at all. We tried the lo mein with beef and it tasted bitter(no wonder!) Then, we ordered the pork noodle soup to see if my daughter would eat it and… nope. Basically, we wasted a lot of food that evening. We also ordered beef with veggies and it was just ok. Maybe we ordered the wrong things this time around. Although, the chicken fried rice was good but the cold corona was even better! With all the other great restaurants in the heights, not sure I’d make an extra trip to come back. =/

Always such a good place to get Chinese food. This place has been here a long time and is always delicious. I always get the lemon chicken and it never fails. The staff is always great and helpful.

I have been missing decent Chinese food, and Fantastic China blew all my expectations out of the water. I went in for a late lunch(around 1:30 pm) and got seated and served in record time; like, from walking in the door to getting the food to my table, it was under 15 minutes. It was speedy for any restaurant’s standards, especially considering there was still a healthy amount of diners in the restaurant. The lunch prices were crazy low, and my meal came with the entrée, rice, soup, and an eggroll. I got the kung pao chicken, and it had an amazing ginger flavor. The chicken was cooked to perfection and didn’t have the cheap breading on it that some greasy takeout joints will use to hide the fact their sauce has no flavor. If I had to make any complaint, it would be that there was a little less chicken than I was expecting. I might try a dinner sized serving to see if I could get more. Altogether, though, Fantastic China really hit the spot in terms of service, price, and flavor.

Having grown up eating at «authentic» Chinese restaurants in a city with large Asian populations(dim sum was my first meal at a restaurant), I can be hard to please, but I enjoyed my food here. I wish the ma-po tofu had been spicier, but that’s my palette. The hot and sour soup was exceptionally good. Everyone working here was sweet and friendly.
