Sunday Brunch: eggs Benedict had excess Hollandaise deli ham and barely warm when served. The Bene Florentine was same with raw spinach and tomato. Would have been better with wilted spinach and tomato. Potatoes obrian very tasty. Server was pleasant.

Pleasantly surprised by this spot! I walked over for lunch with some coworkers… They have a pretty decent menu and the lunch was quite tasty and didn’t take long. We all had a lunch combo plate(half sandwich with cup of soup)… I went with the Country Club sandwich on ciabatta bread and the Italian sausage soup. One coworker went with a shrimp po-boy wrap and the chicken Jack soup(which she fell in love with), and another had a chicken sandwich with broccoli cheese soup. The only complaint I would have is that the cups of soup are pretty small… like literally a cup. But the food was very good, so we aren’t complaining. All of our lunches were under $ 10, the place was clean and very casual, food was great, service was satisfactory. Very satisfied and can’t wait to go back and try the Reuben and the shrimp po-boy.

Not a bad option for lunch downtown, but it’s not great either. For the prices($ 7.50−10) for sandwiches and OK entrees, it’s just not worth it in terms of price, food quality, or service time. I thought it would be a quick in and out, and I was very wrong. Took us 35 minutes from the time we sat to getting our food. I like the Reuben the best of their sandwiches, but it’s just all right. Avoid the Cuban and the roast beef sandwiches, as they don’t offer much flavor or meat.

One of my old regular places. I used to come here almost every day for lunch. The menu is big enough to have a great variety but not so large as to be intimidating. They do make homemade chips with sandwich and burger orders and that’s a huge plus. They also have a large beer selection and full bar.

Sunday Brunch was great. Our group was pretty hungry after traveling all morning. The portion sizes were a little small so we are leaving still a little hungry. Friendly service.

EJ’s has one of those home town feels that’s hard to describe. It reminded me of picking up a sub from a local food truck. Even though I live miles away I felt right home with their amazing take on the classic Pastrami melt(Angry Rachel). If you’re looking for great food, a stellar price and an easy going atmosphere then you’ve found it.

Simple menu & quick service. I ordered the shrimp po-boy but as a wrap with a side salad. Shrimp was very flavorful. A coworker ordered a burger and another ordered some type of sandwich. Everything was decent. Service was friendly and efficient. Reasonable prices.

Delicious brunch within walking distance of downtown hotels. $ 9 bottles of champagne for mimosas and the quiche was to die for. I’ll be back if I find myself in Little Rock.

What a great spot! My cubbies heart was so glad we came upon this place. Stopped in on a Sunday & though I didn’t order a typical brunch item, I did treat myself to a tequila sunrise. Very yummy! I got a club on cibatta, which was quite possibly the yummiest version of a club I’ve had in my life.(Don’t take that lightly– club sandwiches have been my staple since 1991.) Good amount of meat & lettuce, not the crappy iceberg either. My husband had a breakfast burrito & french onion soup that he enjoyed very much. I was probably more won over than him but I know I could get him to visit again if we were in town.

Our first visit to EJ’S they were open on a snowy icy day. The tasty tomato basil was great the turkey sandwich also good sized and very good. I had an angry Rachael pastrami with pepper jack jalapeño and spicy mustard. Was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. The home made potato chips are a must have.

Really like this place!!! Great food, good prices. Enjoyed the wait staff They are friendly and attentive. The home made chips are WONDERFUL. I had the ranch, hubby had jalapeño. The flavor is good without being overpowering. I had the works sandwich. Reminded me of childhood vacations and mom made lunch. It’s in an average part of the city — may encounter homeless but nothing serious. The atmosphere is comfortable. Loved the wall décor. And most of all, it was clean!
