When our A/​C went out, my wife and I had no clue who to call, especially with a 1 yr old in the house. We knew our unit was old and in need of replacement, so we started calling around for quotes thinking that we were in for a week without cold air during the hot of the summer. Happily, within 20 minutes of his arrival, Kavin had the unit back up and running.
As part of the service he echoed our thoughts and recommended updating 27 year old unit to a newer model before another break down should occur, offering to deduct the cost of the service from the overall quote. Although we did not choose his company for the final installation, his quotes were reasonable and competitive.
