Let me start off by saying I am NOT a fan of chains. With so many local options, it’s hard to choose something that you can get anywhere. Little rock has some GREAT local pizza places, BUT! Blaze is an exception that I gladly make to my no chain rule, adding it into our LR pizza favs list, and this is why… First of all, the Blaze staff is among some of the most kind people in the restaurant business I’ve interacted with. I know that sounds extreme, but that’s because THEY are extremely welcoming, helpful and genuinely caring. After just frequenting this location, Logan, Jasmine and Joseph all three were beyond wonderful– making sure my requested«well-done» pizza was to my liking, and that we were just overall enjoying our food. All with authentic smiles! It was a ht to interact with the(I’m guessing) manager and owner at the end of our visit, and they were equally as pleasant as their staff. Kudos for hiring so well! This pizza is just GOOD. For the price you pay, you can basically get whatever your heart desires on a good sized thin crust pizza. This works out perfectly for the hubby and I, cause I’d choose the«everything but the kitchen sink» pizza, while my husband is a pep only kinda guy. Lame… I know.(Jk jk kinda) AND– it’s fast! We can be in an and out, without feeling rushed, in well under an hour… Maybe even thirty minutes if we wanted to! Anyway. Check this place out if you’re in the area! I doubt you will regret it.

I’m in Little Rock for my nephew’s graduation from nursing school at UAMS. My first visit to Blaze… unfortunately I find we have none in my home community of Omaha, NE. The pizza is wonderful IMHO. Fast and friendly folks build it just the way you want it with a great variety of meats, cheeses, veggies and other herbs and seasonings. It’s definitely a place I’d like to go back to. I have a number of friends in Omaha who would love being able to find gluten-free pizza, which is available. Hopefully the chain will come north soon!

The pizza is amazing. Line was long when we got in, but with the fabulous employees working, we still got our pizzas in under 10 minutes. Any pizza, any amount of a great variety of toppings for $ 8. They offer gluten free. A simple 12 inch cheese pizza $ 5! Come check this place out!!!

I don’t even know what to say that hasn’t already been said… I love this place and the whole concept and can’t wait to come back. You can order a pizza from the menu or build your own(which I highly recommend)… Ingredients are fresh, process is fast(but doesn’t taste fast), price is extremely reasonable(12″ pizza with unlimited toppings for less than $ 8…what???), staff is extremely professional but also very friendly and happy, and the place is super clean. What else can I say. I’ll be back and bring friends.

Great little place. Gluten-free pizza that’s nice and floppy like it should be which is rare. Easy online ordering and super friendly staff. Great salads too. Give them a shot!

I love the concept, and the pizzas are both some of the best thin crusts pizza I have ever eaten and an amazing value. The salads are a bit less impressive. They’re not bad, but they are not made to order. Rather, they are pre-prepped and sit in a refrigerated station for customers to pick up. That said, they are appropriately priced enough that this wasn’t hugely bothersome. All in all, an excellent place for a quick pizza.

I’ve been wanting to try this out for a while now. I’ve got to say, this pizza is legit. Their dough is light, yet crust is crispy at the end. For $ 8 to have a freshly made pizza ready in 5 – 7 minutes, I’ll go back again! I had the Kazemi special, sausage and jalapeño. I did wish they had fresh jalapeño instead of pickled, but by hving the spicy red sauce, it gave it the needed kick! Go check it out if you are in a hurry and want to hv fast pizza. They do have a patio which is nice. Unfortunately I don’t think they serve beer. I had mine to go so I could. Can’t have pizza without beer!

Everything about this place was great. Clean, friendly staff, fast, and delicious! I can’t believe the pizza really is fresh and great quality in a place that is like subway for pizzas. You know the drill of how it works, but here is what I did not know: –While they tell you every pizza is cooked for 3 minutes, I asked the«oven dude» to cook mine longer until it was«well done» and he did, it was perfect! Not burned, but very crispy crust and crispy pepperoni and bacon… yum! –The ingredients, even the sauces, seem to lack salt. One option to put on your pizza is sea salt. I did not put this on my pizza, thinking it would be too salty. It needed the salt in my opinion, so I will add it from now on. –The spicy red sauce is spicy! I loved it, but may be too spicy for some. –The manager when I was there is on it! As soon as I sat down with my «overdone» pizza, she came over and apologized that my pizza was overdone and offered to make me a new one. I explained that I asked for it that way and that it was perfect, blah blah. But how nice is that? They really care everyone has a great experience, and that makes such a difference!

I don’t have a reason to not give these folks all the stars. The price is great, the pizza’s great. I mix the spicy sauce with the plain red and build a pizza with a ridiculous amount of toppings on it –for $ 8. It’s good thin crust, that’s pressed and then fired with the toppings. The kids got cheese pizzas, and that makes it clear to me that the crust, sauce and cheese stand well on their own. Went last week and came back today for pi day.

One star because the pizza is really good. Management and staff are abysmal. Ordered on line and went to pick up. They said they couldn’t find my order, then did. Unkown to me, they put my order behind about 20 people standing in line. I kept asking about my 2 pizzas(one of which was to be GF crust) and was told it’s coming right up. After over 20 minutes they showed me my 2 pizzas… mine did NOT have gluten free crust as ordered. I talked to the manager again. She had no clue how to apologize or handle the situation. She said my GF would be right up. Turns out they put my order AGAIN at the back of the long line. 20 minutes later, it was there. My other pizza was now COLD. No offers to give me a free pizza or anything. I told the manager she should at least give me a coupon. She looked baffled but gave me two. I’m sure I can find someone who will use them… just not me ever.

We had 2 pies. I built mine with spicy sauce, a bunch of meats and some veggies. They will pile on the toppings. They don’t put much cheese on it though. I asked for more and they still didn’t put much. It was very delicious and fast. Very neat concept. We’ll be back.

Blaze is by far the best build your own pizza concept on the planet. I normally get the spicy sauce build your own. How do they do it for 7.95?

pizza is fantastic– tastes great and is so easy to order, and so fast! it has a good look to it, though it could be a little larger and for that it is not 5 stars. as far as quality of food and service it is great

I was visiting my grandma and she saw this place in the paper and wanted to give it a try. I have Pieology at home in CA and thought it would be about the same. I LOVE Pieology… but Blaze is a step above it. You pick your sauce, cheese, and toppings. PILETHEMSUCKERSON! I’d definitely go back again when I’m in the neighborhood.

Interesting concept(a kind of Chipotle for pizza), but not the tastiest. I got the Red Vine pizza and it was pretty good warm, but doesn’t make the same good cold leftovers as slow baked pizza. The servers were all really nice(especially Bee!) and very accommodating.

Great pizza. You walk in and tell them if you want a one topping, one of the specialty pizzas or make your own. I wanted to make my own. They have a great selection of toppings and they will pile them high. I was really impressed how we’re not skimpy with the toppings at all. They they put in in the fire and that’s the quickest pizza you will ever have. I got tons of cheese, ham, bacon and pineapple and it was delicious. Both of my kids loved it and can’t wait to go back.

Good Stuff. Cool concept and the toppings look so fresh. I hope the place has staying power!
