Back again and the only thing I can add is that the Thanksgiving dinner gets better every year. We really appreciate the staff for their efforts to make our holiday special. Everyone working here goes out of their way to make you welcome and be sure you are full when you leave. As long as the Good Lord Blesses us with the capabilty to be here for this holiday and Easter we will be!

Everything from the dinner rolls, corn bread, salad, entrée(duck), and desert brownie was first rate. The duck was perfectly cooked. Come here and your prayers for a great meal will be answered!(My wife’s minor complaint was that her pork chop was too thick!)

What a nice little restaurant! Very charming décor and the food is very good. One of the best meals I have eaten in the area. I had the steak Au poivre. My guy had the duck breast. We were both very happy with our choices. Can’t wait to go back on my next vacation.

A must eat if you’re vacationing in Myrtle Beach and want a finer dining experience. Such a unique setting as the building is an old church. My recommendation, if Mark is there, request him. Even with a table of 17 he was accommodating and just great. We’ve come here each year on our vacation and have always had exceptional service. The food, honestly, order anything, you’re going to be really happy. I personally have have perused the majority of the menu, and have never been upset. They have great scallops and duck, if you’re interested in being adventurous. Their potato side is delicious; whether you go regular or sweet. They bring out a tray of crackers with a delicious herb butter, and also a basket of fresh, warm bread and butter. The mussels are divine if you’re looking for an appetizer. Entrees come with a salad that it just to die for; yes, even a salad! What else can I say, just go. It’s phenomenal in every way. This is the only place in Myrtle Beach we pre-plan each year.

I find it hard to understand how a former church can be changed into an elegant, romantic restaurant, but the owners somehow aced it. Stained glass, mood lighting and warm wood interior of this restaurant puts you at ease in this high end restaurant. I don’t drink, so I cannot attest to the bar and wine selection, however I have very little doubt that it is questionable in any way. We had salad, which was just the right amount and didn’t fill us for our entrée. We enjoyed our fillet mignon’s, baked potatoes and haricot verts. What we had filled us to the brim, and I did take home some of mine. The coffee was a smooth ending to our meal and aided in digestion. My issue with this restaurant is the parking. The lot is unpaved and if I had expensive shoes, I would be upset that this rocky, dusty and muddy parking lot would have assaulted them. I would definitely go back, but be warned of the parking lot.

I’m 99% sure I ate here about 20 years ago when I was just a boy. It’s too bad I waited so long to come back! We had a terrific meal. Thanks goes to our server, Astrid, who helped with excellent recommendation. The biggest problem you will have here is narrowing down your choices. There were about 6 appetizers that interested me. Based on recommendation, we went with the mussels and the oysters Rockefeller. Both were outstanding. The mussels were plump and the sauce is just to die for. The oysters are a great combination of flavors, and if you aren’t familiar, they are cooked, so don’t be nervous. For dinner I had a swordfish special. I picked up my knife to cut through it and was pleasantly surprised to find that it flaked with a fork! It was peppercorn encrusted and had blue cheese on top, which is my favorite. So good. My wife had the local shrimp and scallops which are prepared with mushrooms – also delicious. EVERYTHINGISGOOD. Entrees include a wonderful salad and your choice of potato. The sweet potato mashed is something really special. They feature an excellent wine list and since we visited on a Friday, all bottles of wine are $ 10 off. Depending on your selection, that can be a 25−40% discount. There is a small bar if you arrive early for your reservation and just want to grab a cocktail. Overall, just couldn’t recommend this enough to you. Very nice for a night out. One more thing: we don’t have children, but we noticed the kid’s menu was really nice. There are a few things like fettuccine Alfredo, prime rib, flounder, and a chicken breast – a little more fun that the basics. It includes a side and an ice cream sundae for $ 8. Good deal!
