It’s clean and organized as should any grocery store. They have decent selection of items one needs except on my last visit they were entirely out of confectioners sugar which is random. The prices are decent especially of items are on sale. Major plus for having a parking lot!

I bought a skirt steak in the Stop and Shop on Northern Blvd. in Little Neck. Skirt steak is my favorite cut and is always very flavorful, EXCEPT for this piece of meat!!! It didn’t even taste like beef; I don’t know what it was! It ended up in the garbage. I will NEVER buy «beef» in Stop and Shop again!!!

LITTLE NECK, NY
Had to compliment my local market for making some changes to their prepared foods. So we are told how fried foods are not good for us, but let’s get real folks… we all crave that piece of fried chicken every now and then. So this store always had a great deli, but now they fry up batches of freshly floured chicken a couple of times a day. It is absolutely scrumptious and not too salty or spicy… just fresh chicken. So where do you get better chicken?
