My parents have been using this cleaners for as long as I can remember and now I do as well. The quality of their service is good, and as far as customer service goes I haven’t had any problems with them. I usually have a lot of tailoring work that I bring them and they’ve always accommodated my pickiness, so two thumbs up for that.

If I could give a zero star, I would. Henry Kim owner is a nasty man, had no customer service skills. He is also a thief and liar. He makes up his own prices whenever he wants. Beware… Do not shop here, there are so many other cleaners in this area. Does not deserve your hard earned money…

The clothes do get clean but the entire Staff has a bad attitude. Every time I go the help goes out or their way to be mean! Lots of other cleaners to go to in the area that do good work and with a smile.

They DESTROYED my dry cleaning and had the nerves to yell at me about it! The owner was very good at yelling but really bad at listening. Despite the tag stating that the item needs to dry cleaned, they claimed that the item CANNOT be dry cleaned and INSISTED that all other dry cleaners «lied» to me for the past 4 years of dry cleaning it! Don’t go there unless you want to be yelled at and have your clothes destroyed!
It’s a negative 5 star!

Wish I can give it zero stars. Stay away at all costs! Henry Kim is the owner. He will work on your clothing, and if he does a bad job or does something wrong, he will pretend that he does not know who you are (even though you have been coming there for 10 years), or play stupid and pretend he does not know what you are talking about. STAY AWAY! DO NOT GO THERE!!!
