Highly recommend this agency. Tony is always available and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He’s also very enthusiastic and takes care of claims promptly and professionally. So far I’ve only had good experiences with him and I don’t see that changing in the future.

I was recommended to Tony through a friend years ago when I owned an apartment unit. My wife and I moved all of our insurance over to him over time and have been very happy with the level of service we received. After purchasing a private home recently, we ensured this with him as well and were very happy with the rates. Tony is always available for questions or concerns, and takes pride in himself and his firm.

I met Tony a couple of years back and never have I had a better relationship with someone handling my insurance policies. Any time I need advice or need to make a claim on anything from home owner to car insurance Tony is readily accessible and handles the job with professionalism and care.
I have Flood, Home owners, life and car insurance through Tony and have referred many friends and fam to him and they were equally as happy.
Lastly, when my family and I moved two years ago Tony helped the strenuous process of moving by making my life easier by guiding me through the home owners aspect of the move.

My Allstate agent used to be a lady in Manhattan but when she left I was reassigned to Tony all the way out in Little Neck for some reason. Tony’s office has graciously taken payment over the past couple years and I’ve never had to deal with them for anything until recently. I called the office and had to deal with another lady in the office who was not at all friendly or helpful. She didn’t know the answers to my most basic questions and needed to call me back after checking. Initially she thought it wasn’t even possible to add an engagement ring policy onto my existing policy (which turned out to be in fact wrong). I was also estimated a number for such an add-​on far beyond the range it should have been and my concerns were met with an emotionless and careless response. I know this review isn’t of Tony personally but this is his office and he decides how to run his business and who to work with and this was representative of that. I’ll be switching to another agent closer to where I live and hopefully they will be more knowledgeable and personable.
