I can’t say anything about the quality of the glasses and dr. since I didn’t get that far. I have to say all aspects of customer service that I’ve experienced were hideous and pathetic. For instance, I called Allon Vision if they take my two insurances that I have, UnitedHealthCare Oxford and Spectera Vision, they told me to come to the shop and we will see. What do you mean you will see? It’s either you take them or not, it’s not rocket science, so two days later, I drove 10 minutes to Allon Vision to check to see if they take my insurances. Now this part gets pretty interesting, when I first walked into the store, I see three receptionists so I said hi, how are you today? One woman was copying something on her scanner so I was like that’s fine and no reply. Another woman was talking to one of her patients so I was like yea that’s fine, no reply. But this woman at the computer desk was more interested in calculating and typing words on her computer even after she made an eye contact with me, she didn’t say anything. So I wait in line since one of the customers was talking to one of the receptionists then a couple of minutes later, a woman walks in then this receptionist says hi to her, what can I do for you? Like seriously? I was in line and the lady didn’t even acknowledge me then 3minutes then says hi to her? later an old man walks in then the lady at the computer desk stands up and asks him, What can I do for you today? You got to be kidding me… When one of the customers left, it was my turn to talk to them, still ignored by all staff members. Pretty sad… then one staff member says hi, what can I do for you? I told her I called 2 days ago to see if you take my insurances and you guys told me to bring them in to see if you guys take them so do you know what she says? I don’t know… let me photocopy your insurance cards and I will call you tomorrow to see if we take them or not. What do you know, they never called me back so I called other vision stores to see if they treat customers like this with no respect. Apparently not… I called three other vision eye stores and they all told me what kind of insurances they take within a second. Even with bad customer services, this place will do well because there are only 2 eye stores around this area but seriously you people really need to wake up and respect every customers with respect and dignity. Do I look too young and amusing for you guys? Maybe because I was wearing a puffy jacket with a hoodie over my head and maybe scared the living crap out of these three receptionists? I don’t know you guys decide. We are all ladies and gentlemen, treating ladies and gentlemen.

Dr Allon and the staff at the front desk were very nice to me. They took the time to explain everything I wanted to know. It was a very good experience. They were very friendly. I highly recommend them.

I love Dr. Allon and his service. He was really helpful when I switched to him for eyecare, he helped me understand my new insurance, order contacts, and get a new pair of glasses. His front-desk person, a pretty Asian woman, was so helpful and patient when I was deciding on glasses(I am quite indecisive) and gave me a few boxes of contact solution. I got my contacts and glasses a couple of weeks after my appt. Dr. Allon himself is really kind and good-hearted and an expert at what he does.(He is persian btw).
